A Small-Space Transformation ​

 

We recently had the opportunity to reimagine a 1990s Hyde Park townhome for a client with a flair for glam—and we welcomed the challenge with open arms. With a compact footprint, every detail had to work smarter and shine brighter. We focused on thoughtful selections that maximized both openness and functionality, incorporating custom upholstery, sleek clear dining chairs, and multifunctional pieces that didn’t sacrifice style. The soul of the design came to life through a bold statement portrait in the dining room, which set the tone for the home’s palette and mood. One of our favorite moments? The powder bath—where dramatic wallpaper and a space-saving sink from Etsy steal the show.
